Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase! If you don't absolutely love your item(s), you can send them back to us for store credit! 

How to start a return/exchange:

  • Email us at info@shopsilentfeather.com and provide your name, order number (found on the top right corner of packing slip), and reason for return. 
  • If item was damaged during shipping please provide an image.
  • We will email you the return label for your order. 
  • Then you must print and ship the item back to us within 3 days of asking for a return. 
  • Once we receive your order, we will email you a checkout code for you to apply to your next purchase. 

Return Policy:

  • Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a checkout code. 
  • All Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. 
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. 
  • We have the right to deny any return if there are signs of wear and damage. 

How will I receive my store credit? Expect a checkout code sent to your email within 3 business days of the delivery of your return at our warehouse.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable.

  • All jewelry
  • All intimates
  • All sale items
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us unworn and with tags attached. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will send you a checkout code to your email. You may then place an order for the desired size using the code.
